Checking this out because they use the same painting that Cianide did on their first album.

This album is fucking amazing. Has some great cover songs too (sinister)
Hour of Penance crushes it again.
I am sorely disappointed with this. The EP was amazing (just hesrd it a couple weeks ago) and this doesnt live up to it. i probably need to spin it a few more times as sometimes it takes a minute to click.

Cranial Engorgement always passed under my radar. Super generic name, bland as fuck art on the EP, nothing about them stood out to me in the slightest, and that doesn't really make me want to check them out. I do like that Par Olaffson art, but so far that's the only thing praiseworthy I've seen. Everything else just seems like super standard Gore House Calislam. Meh.

Haven't really been listening to anything lately outside of an ambient record I really like.
So to start the day off, this is what I'm checking out.

Pretty let down by this one. Long ass album but sounds like Visceral Disgorge (which is boring) The preview tracks had me hopeful, but are the only somewhat feature highlight for this album. The ending song was the only song that was unique and stood out.
