These are probably limitations that cannot be changed, but the maximum picture upload size (1MB now) and be able to upload pictures and share videos from mobile devices without having to switch to the desktop layout.
Also, video sharing seems to work when switching to the desktop layout when on a mobile device, except it does not show the shared video after posting (link and sharing code is there when you click "edit post").

So each band can then make a thread thus separating the discussion and making it easier to navigate than a bunch of individual confusing posts in a single thread.
If that makes sense. It truly makes browsing easier and searching easier.

To have brutal death metal have its on seperate board instead of a thread in general death metal. So each band can then make a thread thus separating the discussion and making it easier to navigate than a bunch of individual confusing posts in a single thread. If that makes sense. It truly makes browsing easier and searching easier. I agree with this. Seeing as brutal death metal is the main thing NSE is about - set aside the no bullshit mentality - I think it should have its own board. |

Each band having it's own thread would lead to a retarded amount of clutter. No. There's a thread for BDM discussion where you can discuss anything BDM related, news, old albums, etc. No individual band threads, with exceptions of course, like favorite album polls or something, but even then just a quick comment to stir discussion in the BDM thread would probably suffice. Most bands can't support enough discussion to warrant an entire thread. There's no need to splinter the discussion up among many threads, otherwise nothing will get done at all. You'll have 30,000 threads with one or two replies instead of a handful of threads with a ton of replies.

I think there is a limit on size because unless there is $$$ forked over to change it. Same with the stupid ads etc... As far as the mobile, yes it seems limited, i don't think there is anything that can be done about that. |
