Specifically live? Seeing Joe Horvath live with CDoC several years ago stood out like crazy. His lows shook the entire the venue.

No absolute favourite, but I do have favourites:
Blue of Guttural Secrete/Euphegenia Dan of Carnal Jamie of Brodequin James of Delusional Parasitosis Matti during his time with Disgorge and Liturgy, as well as the new Liturgy A.D. (possibly the lowest he has ever gone with his voice)
Obviously these are only bdm related.

AJ Magana! The most aggressive brutal voice ever! Obie Flett from Inherit Disease has original voice! Angel Ochoa used some unique tunes in Cephalotripsy and Condemned.

Now that I think of it... the best vocalist (live) I have seen is probably Ulf Nylin when I got to see him with Level above Human. Saw them twice and it was amazing!

James from Delusional Parasitosis killed it when I saw them live.
Another vocalist I think worth mentioning (that I haven't seen live) is Paolo Chiti, especially his work with Putridity.

I did see them with Paolo and he is a good vocalist live. Too bad you Americans haven't seen Putridity with a drummer yet, I hope they find one.

Yea dude, I need to see them live for sure. With a real drummer would be even better.

Dunno if you're planning on coming to Chicago Domination Fest, but they have been confirmed for that. So far, it is a drum machine, but there are some possibilities being discussed.

One guy who totally slipped my mind is Hidenori Sato from Infernal Revulsion. Saw them live a few years back with Wormed and his voice was absolutely disgusting live

Not especially live, but I would say :
Blue Jensen (Guttural Secrete) Adam Mason (Goratory) Carlos Mejias (ex Human Mincer, Thirst of Revenge) Christophe Gerardin (ex Kronos) Shaun Lacanne (Putrid Pile) James Shuster (Delusional Parasitosis) Jens Staschel (ex Defeated Sanity) AJ Magana (ex Defeated Sanity, Disgorge) Konstantin Luhring ((ex Defeated Sanity) Angel Ochoa (Disgorge, Cephalotripsy, etc) Ruben Rosas (Devourment) Joe Wolfe (Heinous Killing) George Fisher (Cannibal Corpse) Mike Hrubovcak (Vile)
George Fisher, Mike Hrubovcak and Christophe Gerardin have always been references for me, in terms of "regular" death metal vocalists, but still brutal. Very deep and powerful voices.
Blue Jensen is probably my fav vocalist, gutturals or high screams, all top notch. Same for Adam Mason, very unique vocals, fits perfectly with Goratory's music. Shaun Lacanne is also an amazing vocalist, even without holding the mic... Can't talk about all of them, but few words about Carlos Mejias, very underrated imo. Love his gurgling vocals, the 2 Human Mincer EP with him on vocals are tremendous.

some of my faves, many of whom i've seen live (i don't really feel like looking up everyone's names right now, sorry) limited to bdm
antimo buonnano orchidectomy guy jamie bailey (probably the reason i did vocals in my old band) saprogenic guy matti way ruben rosas angel ochoa kelly on sickening erotic fanaticism inveracity guy (circle of perversion) splattered cadaver guy on their full length, first "real" gutturals i ever heard. laffed first, shit my pants later konni on the defeated sanity recordings (too gimmicky on the despondency stuff) disavowed guy glossectomy guy for truly being one of a kind sect of execration guy
also a big shout out to chris barnes for what he did on tomb of the mutilated, my first death metal album and the only music in existence i was ever scared to listen to. we figured he had throat cancer or something

As far as "regular" death metal vocalists go, some of the most powerful in my eyes, the ones who have influenced my vocals if I ever start a band include: Erik Rutan (Hate Eternal) Corpsegrinder (Cannibal Corpse) Jared Anderson (Internecine) Steven Tucker (Morbid Angel) Glen Benton (Deicide) Sauron (Decapitated) Mikael Åkerfeldt (Bloodbath)
I really like ones with deep, bellowing roars, powerful growls with some annunciation. For others in death metal that I've always admired but haven't influenced me personally as much. Frank Mullen (Suffocation) Craig Pillard (Incantation, Disma) Chris Barnes (Tomb of the Mutilated and back only) Joe Ptacek (Broken Hope) Lord Worm (Cryptopsy) Steve Rathjen (Brain Drill, sickest highs in existence!!!!!!!!!!!)
Now. As for the most guttural, sickest, most I-just-crawled-out-of-the-sewer BDM vocals ever... Danny Nelson (Malignancy) Blue Jensen (Guttural Secrete) Matt Duncan (Afterbirth) Joe Wolfe (Heinous Killings) Justin Boehm (Orchidectomy) Phlegethon (Wormed) Steve Watkins (Sect of Execration) Cyril (Excoriation) Brian Forgue (Gutrot, Syphilic) Shahaf Ostfeld (Viscera Trail, literally the most sickening thing I've ever heard live. I could feel his vocals in my stomach)

Before I'm gonna type any other names, Joe Ptacek of Broken Hope needs to be named first. My absolute favorite vocalist in metal. No one can touch him to this day -imo.
Death Metal Vocalists: Erik Rutan - Hate Eternal Sylvain Houde - (old) Kataklysm Pat Bailey - Killing Addiction. Similar to early Broken Hope stuff, especially on their debut "Omega Factor" Pedro Pedra - Grog
Brutal Death Metal vocalists: George Kounelis - Inveracity (2nd Album) Jamie Bailey - Brodequin Andreas Tseung - Ex Vomitous Ben Wright - Unfathomable Ruination Ruben Rosas - Devourment
Some UNDERRATED Vocalists: Niklas - Infested (especially on their "...until it breaks down again" album) Jaymes Grundmann - Expurgate Javi "Seyerot" - Ex Carnivorous Voracity (1st EP)
EDIT: Haven't seen any of them live except for Ben Wright. Unfortunately...

I haven't seen any of them live but fuck it.
Som Pluijmers's (Cerebral Bore) performance on Maniacal Miscreation is second to none John Gallagher from Dying Fetus never fails to impress me. Obligatory mention of Blue from Guttural Secrete. Corpsegrinder has a technique I don't think I've heard any vocalist successfully emulate in any capacity. Dave Hunt from Anaal Nathrakh is an absolute madman. Really dropped the ball a bit on that last album though. Karl Willets from good ol' Bolt Thrower probably wins the prize for fitting his band the best though. I genuinely can't imagine BT with another vocalist.
